My name is Amy Moczygemba, but people in-the-know call me Moxy. This nickname started as a play on the pronunciation of my last name, but stuck as I became known for my own brand of “moxie” and willingness to work hard to get stuff done.
I started my life in San Antonio before taking roles with noteworthy companies across the country. Over the span of my 15-year career in global human resources and leadership roles, I’ve worked with the brilliant folks at companies like Apple, HP, Blue Shield of California, and Baxter— to name a few. After honing my mentorship skills and creative thinking at Fortune 500 companies, and becoming certified by Erickson Coaching International, I settled just outside Nashville and began working with clients around the world.
It is a thrill to offer my coaching services to a wide variety of leaders, from front-line management to hi-potential leaders to executives, all with the common objective of uncovering leadership development opportunities and creating goals and actions to transform these opportunities into results.
I’m excited to meet you and see how I can help you cultivate your own inner coach in service of becoming even more effective in the art of leading.
